Medior/senior account manager
Creative agency Gardeners is seeking a medior/senior account manager to collaborate on crafting beautiful things. From the best spot in Amsterdam, the Vondelkerk, we've been conceiving and producing newsworthy campaigns for 14 years to help brands grow positively. We've worked with brands such as Bloemenbureau Holland, Polestar, Natuurhuisje, Gulpener, Dopper, and On. Together with our clients, we explore the relevant and personal aspects of the brand, creating concepts from there. We engage in strategy, brand activation, and campaigns, as well as (monthly) PR activities and influencer marketing, ensuring that everything we do gains a lot of visibility.
Enough about us because, of course, this call is all about you. If you want to work here, you excel at making and maintaining contacts. You naturally take the lead, and your optimism motivates your colleagues in strategy, creation, PR, and production, as well as your clients, to maximize each project. You have a keen sense of the client’s needs and which projects fit (or don’t fit) with Gardeners. You enjoy collaborating with clients and are not afraid to express your opinion or provide advice where necessary. You have a can-do mentality and are a real go-getter. Additionally, you are engaged and aware of industry trends. You derive extra joy from campaigns that do something good for the world. It could be just a smile or a solution to a societal problem. Importantly, you don’t just run such a project; you discuss it at the kitchen table at home.
To be more specific:
- You have work experience as an account manager at an agency.
- You are solution-oriented, flexible, stress-resistant, and proactive.
- You have knowledge of new media, technologies, PR, social platforms, and are aware of advertising possibilities within these realms.
- Proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
