Medior/senior PR manager
Gardeners is looking for a medior/senior PR manager. From the most beautiful spot in Amsterdam, the Vondelkerk, we've been conceiving and producing newsworthy campaigns for 14 years to help brands grow positively. We've worked with brands such as the Flower Council Holland, Dopper, KLABU, Polestar and Waterschap. Together with our clients, we explore the relevant and personal aspects of the brand, creating concepts from there. We engage in PR, strategy, brand activation, campaigns, and influencer marketing, ensuring that everything we do gains a lot of visibility.
As a medior/senior PR manager, you are responsible for the development of various campaigns. This means you have several years of experience in the field, particularly with lifestyle-oriented clients. You can think from a newsworthy perspective, are creative, can also write creatively, have strategic insight, are aware of market trends in both B2B and B2C, can think quickly, and identify opportunities for clients. You have already built a considerable network, especially in the field of lifestyle media, which is, of course, still growing. You are capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously without losing sight of priorities. You possess strong commercial insight, intuitively understand client needs, and seize opportunities to increase budgets when necessary. You work independently, efficiently, and keep clients and other stakeholders informed of the status while meeting deadlines. If necessary, you are not afraid to challenge clients for better results. Your profile:
- You have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the PR field.
- You have a communication/PR-focused (HBO/WO) education.
- You can develop strategic plans for each client.
- You are digital-savvy and have a strong understanding of the Dutch media landscape.
- You are enthusiastic, independent, creative, and have excellent writing skills.
- You work efficiently and focus on results.
- Persuasion skills and the ability to interact with clients.
- A vast (lifestyle) media network and awareness of the latest trends.
- You can collaborate effectively with the creative team.
- You work in a structured manner.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
- You can balance hard work and enjoyment, and you are a team player and motivator.
