The Netherlands lives with water.

Amsterdam and its surroundings live with water. Waterschap Amstel, Gooi en Vecht ensures that we are protected from flooding and that there is enough clean water for everyone. However, not everyone knows where our tax money actually goes. That’s why during Museum Night, we showed what would happen if the water board didn’t do its work: we flooded the Maritime Museum. Using facade mapping, we created a huge projection visible to all Museum Night visitors at the Maritime Museum. The action received wide media coverage, including the front page of Metro, a video on AD online, and coverage by AT5.
